The Violet Blossom Margarita is one of the most photographed drinks at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts. The butterfly pea flower tea gives it a striking deep purple color that shifts to lavender pink when you squeeze in the lime — which you should do immediately because the color change is half the fun.
Flavor-wise it is a solid margarita. The floral notes are subtle — more aroma than taste — and the hibiscus salt rim adds a pleasant tartness that cuts through the sweetness. At 87 points it is one of the better festival cocktails we have tried in three years.
